Julie Johnston is a Registered Nurse with 24 years of experience in nursing and leadership roles, specializing in ambulatory care and outpatient neurotherapeutics. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Florida, graduating summa cum laude. Julie has practiced nursing across a diverse range of settings, including clinics, outpatient facilities, community hospitals, and major medical centers. Her experience spans various areas such as mental health, ICU, cardiac care, cardiac step-down, pediatrics, PACU, OR, and endoscopy. As the Director of Nursing at RISE Integrated Mental Health, Julie oversees all nursing and nursing assistant roles within the neurotherapeutics division. Her responsibilities include directing the patient journey in the ketamine infusion practice, leading nursing quality initiatives, and monitoring patient outcomes data.
Under Julie's leadership, RISE Integrated Mental Health has achieved significant improvements in patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.
