Spravato (esketamine) Therapy for Depression

What is Spravato?

Spravato (esketamine) is a patient- administered prescription nasal spray used in conjunction with an oral antidepressant, delivered in our specialized REMS-certified clinic. Spravato (esketamine) is specifically approved for adults with treatment-resistant depression and covered by many insurers.

By targeting the NMDA receptor in the brain, Spravato (esketamine) works on different neural pathways than traditional antidepressants. In patients who respond to treatment, Spravato (esketamine) may provide rapid relief from depressive symptoms, often within hours to days instead of weeks to months.
