The WAVE Program at R.I.S.E. Integrated Mental Health is where connection and community are medicine, education and support are the purpose, and a new wave of WOMEN’S HEALTH is the focus.
WAVE blends mental, physical and community health through group support and education, individual RN coaching, and community connection and referrals.
WAVE is an alternate (or complementary) option to our psychiatry and psychotherapy services. WAVE differs from other R.I.S.E. IMH services in that it provides specialized fee-for-service offerings specifically for adult women ages 18 and up.
Our signature group sessions bring mental, physical and community health to the surface. In these inspiring group sessions, we will discuss some of the most common, vulnerable and empowering women’s health topics: the nervous system, empowerment and resilience, exercise, food, pelvic health, sex, menopause, self confidence and self-care, cold exposure therapy.
Our group's intention is to create waves of support by expanding your network, helping women feel more seen and heard, and holding space for learning and healing. In addition, start-to-finish referrals to trusted area specialists are a key part of our program, enhancing community connection.
