W.A.V.E. sees women's health and women's mental health as not separate - and needing a new way forward.
W.A.V.E. understands that women’s health and healing are made of waves and require ongoing and integrative support.
W.A.V.E. recognizes connection, support and education as medicine.
Our mission is to provide ongoing individual and group connection, support, education and inspiration to adult women within a fee-for-service, outpatient mental health clinic program. We recognize that outdated systems, stigmas, and isolation have led to increased mental health challenges.
W.A.V.E. is here to connect women to themselves and each other - honoring vulnerability, empowerment and community to carry us all forward.

Amy Hopkins is a fierce advocate for women’s health and a leader in reimagining care. With nearly 30 years of experience — as a nurse, educator, speaker, massage therapist, yoga teacher, and community leader — Amy helps women feel seen, safe, and empowered.
She specializes in pivotal life and health transitions for women, blending clinical knowledge with intuitive, creative, and grounded support.

WAVE Women's Weekend Conference
Our seasonal weekend conferences are dedicated to innovation, education and inspiration.
Participants engage in a weekend of ‘for women-by women’ educational seminars led by RIMH and community specialists who have dedicated their work to supporting women on their mental and physical health journeys. Participants can immerse themselves in an interactive weekend of evidence-based psychoeducation, women’s health, mindfulness, and community connection.
