Abigail Brown is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a profound commitment to promoting health and well-being.  She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of New England and Western Governors University and earned her Master’s Degree from Husson University. With over 11 years of experience in healthcare as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner, Abi possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the mental health field.

Throughout her career, Abi has worked with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, intellectual disabilities, substance use disorders, post-traumatic stress, and more. Her specialized focus on first responders and their spouses arises from a deep understanding of the unique pressures and trauma associated with these roles. Abi is dedicated to providing tailored care that addresses the specific needs of this community, helping them manage stress, trauma, and other mental health issues.

At RISE Integrated Mental Health, Abi conducts comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and prescribes psychiatric medications, including IV ketamine, esketamine, and TMS therapy as part of the neurotherapeutics services. Her approach to care is thorough, encompassing a wide array of therapeutic modalities, including supportive psychotherapy and integrative holistic approaches.
