Expert Consultation for Women’s Mental Health Across the Lifespan

Women’s Integrative Health recognizes the complex connection between mental health, hormones, lifestyle, and life experiences across a woman’s lifespan. Emotional well-being is often influenced by reproductive transitions, stress, sleep, nutrition, relationships, and other whole-person health factors.

At R.I.S.E., our Women’s Integrative Health programming provides several pathways of support—from expert consultation and functional psychiatry to personalized coaching and educational, connection-based group experiences. Because these services are not covered by insurance, they are offered as private-pay programs designed to provide dedicated time, individualized attention, and whole-person care.

Our Comprehensive Services

Our Women’s Integrative Health consultations provide specialized evaluation and personalized treatment guidance for mental health concerns related to hormones, reproductive transitions, and whole-person health. Options include a focused reproductive psychiatry consultation with Amanda Sedgewick, DO, or a comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluation with the three founding providers of R.I.S.E.—Amanda Sedgewick, DO, Alison Tetrault, PMHNP, and Julie Kelbert, CRNA.

RN Coaching offers personalized support for women seeking practical guidance to strengthen their mental and physical well-being. Led by Amy Hopkins, RN, sessions focus on sustainable lifestyle strategies that support emotional health, nervous system regulation, and overall resilience. Grounded in the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine—sleep, exercise, nutrition, stress resilience, positive social connections, and avoiding risky substances—coaching provides education, encouragement, and actionable tools to support lasting wellness.

W.A.V.E. Groups (Women. Alive. Vulnerable. Empowered.) are women-centered gatherings designed to create space for meaningful conversation, education, and connection around women’s health and life transitions. Facilitated by Amy Hopkins, RN and Amanda Sedgewick, DO, these supportive sessions explore topics such as relationships, stress, sleep, nutrition, exercise, hormonal changes, emotional well-being, and personal growth—helping women gain insight, share experiences, and feel less alone in their journeys.
