Women's Health Coach

Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire in 1997. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a profound respect for women’s physical and emotional resilience. Her early perinatal experience informed her holistic understanding of the complex physiological, psychological, and relational factors that shape women’s health.
With a commitment to whole-person care, Amy completed her Massage Therapy degree at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2001. She expanded her clinical training to include massage therapy, yoga instruction, and integrative wellness education. Over more than 20 years as a business owner and educator, she developed and facilitated therapeutic programs, workshops, retreats, and continuing-education curricula focused on fostering resilience, embodiment, and community connection among women across the lifespan.
At R.I.S.E. Integrated Mental Health, Amy integrates her clinical expertise with holistic health principles, trauma-informed coaching, and mindfulness-based modalities to support women during significant life stages and transitions. She received her professional coach certification through Harvard Medical School, further strengthening her ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-supported coaching within clinical settings. Amy’s approach emphasizes restoring agency, honoring vulnerability, and cultivating sustainable, long-term well-being.
Across all dimensions of her work—as a clinician, director, educator, and advocate—Amy is dedicated to providing a safe, affirming, and empowering therapeutic environment. She is committed to ensuring that every woman she serves feels seen, supported, and equipped to reclaim her health and step into her fullest potential.
