
Noa Kupfer is a licensed independent therapist with a specialty in substance use disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Lesley University in 2013 and continued her training at Columbia University School of Social Work, earning a Master's degree in 2015.
Noa began her clinical practice at McLean Hospital where she worked for 10 years prior to joining R.I.S.E. At McLean Hospital Noa worked on a number of inpatient units before settling on the inpatient detox unit for the last 5 years. Following her work at McLean, Noa continues to work in the Alcohol and Drug Addiction Division in the outpatient clinic providing both individual and group therapy.
Noa utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities with a special focus in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She is additionally certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.
Noa is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive and welcoming space for every patient she works with. She is excited to be joining R.I.S.E Integrated Mental Health and looks forward to building meaningful connections with patients and working collaboratively in this client-focused practice.
